 - All of our items are individually handmade and not factory generated so there may be slight differences in the finished items such as wood grain markings and natural handwriting.

 - It is the customers responsibility to make sure correct personalisation details are provided as we are unable to accept returns/refund personalised items unless of course we have made the error.

 - Every effort is made to make sure your item arrives safely but if you experience any problems please let us know.
